Issue descriptionChrome Version:61.0.3160.0 (Official Build)(cohort: Stable)226c080a029bd3ff8a6a577503cefe316c84325b-refs/heads/master@{#487322}(32/64-bit) OS: Windows(7,8,10), Linux(14.04 LTS), Mac(10.11.6, 10.12.3). Steps to reproduce: 1.Launch Chrome, navigate to chrome://settings/startupUrls and Select 'Open a specific page or set of pages' option. 2.Now click on 'Add new page' and add new URL. 3.Mouse hover over URL and observe. Actual Result: Arrow Pointer is seen instead of Hand Pointer. Expected Result: Hand Pointer should be seen when hovering on URL. This is regression issue broken in 'M 59' and will soon update the bisect info: Manual Bisect Info: Good build:59.0.3048.0 Bad build: 59.0.3049.0

Thanks, though I think this may be correct as-is. Clicking the subtext doesn't cause any action. The text is not being presented as a clickable URL. If it was clickable, then it should be the hand icon. Since it's not clickable, the arrow icon seems appropriate. If you'd like to appeal this WontFix, please ask bettes@ what should happen which clicking on the text (+cc bettes@). |
