Regression: Spacing issue observed on 'Console' section of Devtools window.

Chrome version : 61.0.3160.0 (Official Build) 226c080a029bd3ff8a6a577503cefe316c84325b-refs/heads/master@{#487322} 64 bit
OS : Windows (7,8,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4). 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, open NTP and then open Devtools window.
(2) Navigate to Console section, click on top down drop down 
(3) Observe spacing between newtab serviceworker.js and it's icon.

Actual: Spacing is not seen properly between newtab serviceworker.js and it's icon.

Expected: Spacing should seen properly between newtab serviceworker.js and it's icon.

This is a regression issue, broken in 'M-60', will soon update the other info:

Good Build: 60.0.3093.0
Bad Build: 60.0.3096.0
