Regression: In manage passwords, password disappears when dragged to right and left using mouse

Issue description

Chrome Version: 61.0.3160.0
OS: Ubuntu 14.04, win 7

Test account:
email ID:testaccnts456455
Password: abcdefgh123456789abcdefgh123456789abcdefg

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch Chrome>> Navigate to gmail>> Enter an email and lengthy password>> click on save button on save password bubble
(2)Go to chrome://settings/passwords>> Select the password and drag the mouse to right and left 


Expected
Password should not disappear

Actual
Password disappears

This is a regression issue broken in M-61.

Correction:

Here is the manual bisect info reproduced only on fresh installation and below is changelog from omahaproxy

You are probably looking for a change made after 473420 (known good), but no later than 473580 (first known bad).
