What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Build a image and include only frecon
(2) Invoke frecon

What is the expected result?
Frecon starts

What happens instead?
Failure with libdrm not found

In current frecon ebuild, x11-libs/libdrm is listed as DEPEND but ldd shows that frecon is loading libdrm.so dynamically so it should be listed as RDEPEND.
