Issue descriptionChrome Version: 61.0.3160.0 OS:Ubuntu 14.04, Windows What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/resetProfileSettings?origin=userclick (2)Click outside the reset overlay and observe Expected:Flickering should not be seen Actual: Unwanted flickering is seen This is a Regression issue broken in M-61 Will update other info soon..
