Steps To Reproduce:
(1) On the login screen, click the bottom panel.
(2) Click on the wifi-network, it should show a list of WiFi networks.
(3) Click on the setting icon or the upper right corner of the panel.
Expected Result:
No crash. It should settings page for that particular network.
Actual Result: Chrome crashes.
How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to
reproduce?)

Cannot set proxy or edit network configuration.
