MD Extensions: use shared icon classes for paper-icon-button-light

cr_elements/cr_icons_css.html was created recently to have a centralized location to store icon classes, so we should migrate MD Extensions to also use icon-classes specified in there.

Just as an FYI for people looking at this later:

When the same icon needs to be used in different places with a different color, we cannot change its color using CSS and must use two SVGs. Ex: icon_delete_gray.svg and icon_delete_white.svg
