when the user highlights text, the right-click menu should automatically open (no right-click necessary)

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
When a user highlights text, the right-click menu should automatically open. This would save users a small amount of time and a click (they wouldn't have to right-click).

What is the expected behavior?
