Did a good-enough fix for M61, moving target to M-62 for a better solution, leaving the issue open. 

Suggestions: 
"You can edit this card on Google Payments" with link inline
`"This card is from Google Payments" and uncapitalize "edit"`

Will open another bug if it's an issue.
