Consider a smart way to prompt tab sync

Some users would like to have the same state of windows and tabs synced between devices or at least have an easier path to restoring from another device. We should look into smart ways to make this happen.

i'm looking into this with Oshima/Ahmed and will update the bug accordingly

I spoke with Oshima and Ahmed and appears there are extensions which do the job. Session buddy is most popular (does not sync across devices); however TabCloud allows to save tabs and windows per GAIA, which carries across devices.

Is there appetite to make this native to OS Feature?
