GLIF animation freezes on relaunching chrome and performing voice search

App Version:  61.0.3160.0 canary
iOS Version: iOS 11 beta 3
Device : iPhone 7+

Steps to reproduce:
 1. Launch chrome.
 2. Tap on GLIF icon
 3. Send the app to background when the GLIF animation is in listening state.
 4. Relaunch chrome.
 5. Tap on GLIF icon
 
Observed results:
GLIF animation freezes

Expected results:
GLIF animation should work fine without any freezes

Number of times you were able to reproduce: 5/5
Bug reproducible after clean install: Yes
Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: Yes
Bug reproducible on Chrome Mobile on Android: NA
Bug reproducible on Safari/Firefox: Firefox: Not tested, Safari: NA
Bug reproducible on current stable build (App Version, iOS Version): Yes in M59
Bug reproducible on the current beta channel build (App Version, iOS Version):  Yes in M60
