Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 9334.72.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.140 Safari/537.36 Platform: Platform 9334.72.0 (Official Build) stable-channel samus Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Dock a Chromebook and close the lid, or use a Chromebox. 2. Attempt to lock the screen using a keyboard shortcut What is the expected behavior? It should be possible to lock a Chromebox or Chromebook using a keyboard shortcut, even if the user does not have a Search key on their current keyboard. What went wrong? I'm unable to lock screen with a keyboard shortcut when using an external keyboard. I have to resort to using a mouse. Did this work before? Yes Unknown; can't remember exactly what version Ctrl+Shift+L was removed. Chrome version: 58.0.3029.140 Channel: stable OS Version: 9334.72.0 Flash Version: Flash 26.0.0.102 /run/imageloader/PepperFlashPlayer/libpepflashplayer.so

Sure, but Meta/Windows has very limited utility; looking at the shortcut overlay, the only Meta key combination I would use is "Lock Screen". Burning a modifier key for the sole purpose of enabling screen lock when docked seems like a waste. |
