Non-Regression: Cancel name is missing on the button in https://www.screencastify.com/

Chrome Version:61.0.3157.0
OS:Ubuntu 14.04, Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to https://www.screencastify.com/
(2)Click on 'Free 1-Click Install' button and add the extension
(3)After the extension is added, click again on  'Free 1-Click Install' button and hover beside OK button

Expected:Cancel name should be seen on the button
Actual:Instead, it's not seen

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from the introduction of screencastify extension.

Able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.12.5 using latest canary #61.0.3159.0.

How is this an issue with the Extensions Platform? Isn't this just an issue with the site, which renders the dialog?

Please reopen the issue if this is not the case.
