Issue descriptionhi sir/madam i am not getting sound in chrome since last 1 day i have sweeped through entire forum for it tried all steps ,installed canary, but still not getting sound plz help call on 8879154024(if needed) Chrome Version : Google Chrome 59.0.3071.115 (Official Build) (64-bit) (cohort: Stable)URLs (if applicable) : OS version : Windows 7 home basic Network (such as Cable/DSL/Dial up etc):wifi Audio/Video format (if applicable): Special chrome flags (if applicable): Behavior in Safari (if known): Behavior in Firefox (if known): Video issue, Audio issue, both, neither?audio issue <b>Flash or HTML5? <right-clicking most players will either reveal some text</b> with “Flash”; otherwise likely HTML5> If the browser or renderer crashed (“Aw, Snap”), please add any crash IDs from chrome://crashes (possibly after enabling crash reporting per http://support.google.com/chrome/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=96817) What steps will reproduce the problem? Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 10 with chrome #59.0.3071.115, jashsheth2002@ Could you confirm the whether this issue is reproducible in chrome incognito/guest mode ?

Tested on Windows 7 & Windows 10 on Chrome 59.0.3071.115 and Canary 61.0.3161.0 and unable to reproduce the issue. Could someone from Dev team please look into this issue. Thanks.

Could you uninstall any new/recent software that would be causing this or could be audio related. Also, does chrome un-install-install helps in your case?

reporter@, can you please try one or more of these methods to see if it quickly fix your issue? 1. in task manager, kill all chrome related process, restart chrome 2. if you have any headphone plugged in, unplug it and/or plug again 3. does this issue only repro on chrome? does it repro with other browsers? Please report back what did you see. thanks
