Html table formating doesn't work after recent update while it worked before the update

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. make a table and collapse the border 2. align the table to the center 3. the table align doesn't have any effect What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? The table align doesn't have any effect after the recent update while it worked fine before. And it still works fine in other browsers. Did this work before? Yes the version before Version 59.0.3071.115 (Official Build) (64-bit) Chrome version: 59.0.3071.115 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.3 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0

Hi, I've attached i've attached the relevant php file. This file with the same code worked fine before the update and still works fine in IE. the table doesn't align to the center.

The php file was not attached. Please ensure that this example is completely independent. Ideally a HTML file is the desired format are you able to export the generated page?
