Need a capture screenshot shortcut/hotkey in DevTools

Reported by splak...@devintent.com, Jul 16 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3158.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open DevTools
2. Select an input in the UI
3. Click the menu to capture a screenshot
4. Notice that your screenshot doesn't show the input that you wanted to stay focused for the screenshot

What is the expected behavior?
1. Open DevTools
2. Select an input in the UI
3. Press the capture screenshot keyboard shortcut
4. Notice that your screenshot shows the input with all of the associated styling of a focused input

What went wrong?
This is especially useful for Material Design inputs. When you are trying to capture screenshots for documentation, you often want to show the currently focused input.

Workaround:
Use the OS X system screenshot functionality.
- Issues with this
  - Can't properly capture the device frame w/o getting gray background as well
  - Can't do a full size screenshot w/ this tool
  - It's often hard to get the full device frame on the screen with 100% zoom

I also tried using the cmd-shift-p menu to pick 'capture screenshot' but it also causes focus to be lost from the input on the page.

Using Chrome to force focus does not result in the same styling as a user clicking on the input (at least for Angular Material2 inputs).

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: 61.0.3158.0 Channel: canary
OS Version: OS X 10.11.6

IIUC, this is about having shortcut work while focused in the page itself?
Yes, being able to take a screenshot of the device frame and page while remaining focused on the page.

Now we have the function of "Capture node screenshot", so I recommend adding the right-click menu to the elements panel.

This will be possible once we have custom keyboard shortcuts.
