HiDPI extension popup wrong position

Reported by vincent....@gmail.com, Jul 15 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.66 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. 2 display (one with DPI scaling mine is set 175%, the other to 100%)
2. try to interact with an extension popup (adblock for example) on the non HiDPi screen

What is the expected behavior?
I should be able to interact on the non HiDPI screen like I do on the HiDPI screen. (It's working fine on the HiDPI screen).

What went wrong?
I think the mouse position is still using the 175% scaling of my main display to compute the cursor position inside the extension popup.

The cursor is at the right position in the top-left corner.

Did this work before? N/A

I have the same issue.
To specify, the secondary screen uses the DPI / Windows scaling settings of the main screen, regardless of which one has higher DPI.

Firefox has the same issue by the way: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1387340

Confirmed also on MS Surface Pro and external monitors. Surface pro monitor recommends 200% scaling @ 2736x1824, external monitors are 1440x900 at 100%. If external monitors are set to different scaling then the Surface pro screen, this problem occurs. If the scaling matches, all is fine. It is just the Addon menu popups that are affected, mouse positioning on internal menu items like bookmark bar folders or the More '...' menu are fine.

I can confirm my issue is now resolved in Canary. It does look like a duplicate issue to me. Thanks!

As there is no action on this issue for long time closing this issue. Request you to update your Chrome to latest #66.0.3359.181 and verify. Feel free to file a new issue if the issue is still reproduced at your end.

Thanks!
Still not fixed in #66.0.3359.181 (Win 10 Pro April 1803) and the behavior changed a bit: only the secondary screen that is not scaled (100% vs main 175%) is having troubles.
Also, it is the same issue as Issue 715426 .
