Autofill doesn't fill complete form for Blue Line Pizza |

Issue description1. Go to https://order.bluelinepizza.com/mountainview 2. Put something in the cart 3. Select curbside pickup 4. Check out as guest 5. Get to the payment screen The credit card form field only partially fills. E.g. the credit card number filled, but the zip code did not autofill. Technically this is WAI, as "zip codes" aren't a part of the credit card autofill profile (they belong in other autofill profiles). Now that we have zip codes for at least some of our FOPs, we could look into adding this. The challenge we have is that we can't distinguish between "billing" addresses and "shipping addresses" so single page checkout flows have high risk of getting...confused.
