Dates in alert comments show current time instead of comment post time |

Issue descriptionWhat I see: The date/time shown for all comments seems to be the current date/time. Expected: The date/time should be the time that the comment was posted. Screenshot attached. This seems to be the case currently for all comments on https://sheriff-o-matic.appspot.com/chromium.
