61.0.3157.0 Canary loads briefly then disappears (Windows)

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Launch Chrome
2. Chrome appears for a minute then goes away
3. Check debug.log

What is the expected behavior?
no crash

What went wrong?

Did this work before? Yes last build prior to 61.0.3157.0

Chrome version: 61.0.3157.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 

Tried uninstalling through control panel, deleting \AppData\Local\Google\Chrome SxS folder and clean installing. Same result

I have the very same issue, but mine doesn't even pop-up for a moment. I just get blue circle (loading cursor) for a sec. and these fancy entries in the debug.log:

Also have this issue, on both my Win10, and Win7 machines.

Duplicate of  issue 742707 .

>Canary build #61.0.3157.3 with revert is in progress for all OS.

I can confirm that the issue is disappeared for me with build 61.0.3157.3

@Reporter -- Could you please verify by updating to latest Canary version #61.0.3159.0. Please feel free to let us know if the issue still persists. Kindly provide the new Crash ID if you still able notice the same issue in the updated version.

issue disappeared for me as well with build 61.0.3157.3
