Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Launch Chrome 2. Chrome appears for a minute then goes away 3. Check debug.log What is the expected behavior? no crash What went wrong? [0714/160252.949:ERROR:process_info.cc(632)] range at 0x70f52e7400000000, size 0x228 fully unreadable [0714/160252.950:ERROR:process_info.cc(632)] range at 0x70f52e9400000000, size 0x228 fully unreadable [0714/160252.952:ERROR:process_info.cc(632)] range at 0x0, size 0x228 fully unreadable Did this work before? Yes last build prior to 61.0.3157.0 Chrome version: 61.0.3157.0 Channel: canary OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Tried uninstalling through control panel, deleting \AppData\Local\Google\Chrome SxS folder and clean installing. Same result

I have the very same issue, but mine doesn't even pop-up for a moment.
