Settings panel on Desktop displaying Mobile Settings instead

Reported by morganfe...@gmail.com, Jul 14 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open hamburger menu and choose Settings.
2.
3.

What is the expected behavior?
The Settings panel should display controls and information appropriate to the desktop version of Google Chrome.

What went wrong?
The Settings panel seems to be stuck in some kind of Mobile mode rather than the Desktop type UI that should be there.

Did this work before? Yes v58

Chrome version: 59.0.3071.115 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0

To disable the new UI of settings, you need to navigate to chrome://flags and disable Material Design in the rest of the browser's native UI flag and relaunch the chrome, and go to chrome://settings, so that you will be redirected to old UI of settings.

That would resolve your problem. please let us know the update.
