In the lab when discovering the DUT's attached to the moblab sometimes it find SSP containers

Observed in the lab - 

	192.168.231.100	cyan		Ready		
	192.168.231.101	cyan		Ready		
	192.168.231.176			Repair Failed		
	192.168.231.177			Repair Failed		

It is believed that trying to repair the SSP package may cause the moblab provision to be slower than necessary.

[autotest] Stop Moblab from finding SSP containers as DUT's

When provisioned in the lab the mobab finds active IP addresses
and adds them as DUT's some of these are active SSP containers.

Stop the detection picking up the SSP containers
