UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Install Secure Shell version 0.8.36.6.

What went wrong?
This is the java console log:

Unable to reproduce the issue using #59.0.3071.115 on Windows 8.1 as per the steps mentioned in comment #0.
Able to add and launch the Secure Shell.

@joe: Could you please find the attached screen cast and try creating a new profile from chrome://settings and check if you still face the issue?

Thanks!1

Issue fixed by completely remove Secure Shell add-on and reinstall it.
Using as reference the screen cast provided, it works correctly.
