Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: Chrome ignores an environment variable I'm trying to pass to it: FREETYPE_PROPERTIES=truetype:interpreter-version=35 chrome What is the expected behavior? Respecting it. What went wrong? Chrome ignores it. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 59.0.3071.115 Channel: stable OS Version: Fedora 26 x86-64 Flash Version: n/a Freetype 2.7 drastically changed the default font rendering technique and in order to get the rendering of pre 2.7 versions you need to export this variable. The problem however is that Chrome seemingly ignores it.
