To make it easier to share Chrome between users with different profiles make it possible to pick a profile before each start of Chrome.

Unless needed for something else no password should be needed to pick a profile (as is today) to avoid making this feature feel like a security feature which it isn't. 

Possibly consider making this a user pref too if enough value for regular users is seen.
