Regression: Unwanted white line is seen after clicking outside 'Clear browsing data' overlay

Issue descriptionChrome version: 61.0.3156.0 7a4241c698a71a5cc10ec6135060f4d99af2b96c-refs/heads/master@{#486205} OS: Mac Retina(10.12) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Freshly Launch chrome (do not resize the window) and navigate to chrome://settings/privacy 2. Click on ‘Clear browsing data’ 3. Now, click outside ‘Clear browsing data’ overlay and observe Actual: Unwanted white line is seen after clicking outside 'Clear browsing data' overlay Expected: Unwanted white line should not be seen after clicking outside 'Clear browsing data' overlay This is a Retina specific regression issue, broken in 'M-61' Good Build: 61.0.3155.0 Bad Build: 61.0.3156.0 Note: Issue is not seen on Windows and Linux OS.
