If ::first-letter pseudo style is applied, the first letter become non-selectable

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Apply style to first letter using the ::first-letter pseudo selector 2. Try to select the whole word What is the expected behavior? The whole word should be selectable and should be highlighted in blue What went wrong? The first letter become non-selectable. Only remaining part can be selected. Did this work before? Yes in 58, it worked. Now perfectly working in edge.
