Box shadow rendering incorrectly on elements with border radius.

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3153.2 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. View any element with border radius
2. 
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
Box shadow rounds with the border radius

What went wrong?
It applies the shadows as if they are a normal rectangle. It doesn't round the shadow to match the element like it did previously. 

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 61.0.3153.2  Channel: n/a
