Looking at graphics_dEQP.bvt some change is in the CQ trying to break Vulkan. I hope this change never makes it through the CQ.

It looks like there's a libmesa change that might be the cause

graphics_GLBench needs a new reference image (very minor shader change in blue channel compared to existing references), see attachment. I am preparing a change.
