[macOS] [Fullscreen] The Menu Bar background could be dark, when using the dark Menu Bar and Dock in macOS System Settings

Project Member Reported by meh...@chromium.org, Jul 13 2017

Issue description

Chrome Version: Chrome Canary 61.0.3156.0
OS: macOS 10.12.5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enable Dark Menu Bar and Dock in macOS System Settings
(2) Go into Fullscreen Mode with a Chrome Window
(3) Move the mouse cursor to the top of the screen and away again, so that the Menu first appears and disappears again

What is the expected result?
If the Dark Menu Bar and Dock is enabled, the background of the Menubar, which is to see during the animation, could be dark, too.

What happens instead?
It is white/grey.

Please feel free to close this issue, if this is not realizable.

A screencast and a screenshot are attached.

Thanks
Mehmet

Triage: How does this look with MacViews?

I don't see it in MacViews at the moment. But the Fullscreen behavior under MacViews is still WIP. I am closing this issue for now. if it appears again when the Fullscreen work is done, I can reopen this issue again.
