When recording play:media:sound story, I get a timeout error waiting for IsJavaScriptExpressionTrue.

The site has changed. Previously the media stopped playing after the first soundtrack, but now it continues to the second soundtrack.

Should the benchmark or the user story be updated?

Steps to repro:

1. tools/perf/record_wpr --browser=system desktop_common_system_health --story-filter=play:media:soundcloud

2. TimeoutException: Timed out while waiting 60s for IsJavaScriptExpressionTrue.
