Could you check if your CL https://chromium.googlesource.com/external/webrtc/+/6cc25614a9eaa068951f549d400645b471127b29
could be the cause for the video performance changes (mix of improvements and regressions).

It can't be that CL, it's just removing one layer of wrapping and moving some files. Is the blame range really reliable?

There was a problem with incorrect revision ranges on the FYI bots, but I think that has been fixed. This alert comes the from the perf bots and afaik the blame ranges should be correct.

Adding minyue who also had a CL on the list.
