AUE/EOL notification missing from guest mode

Chrome Version: 58.0.3029.140 alex

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Update to the latest version on an EOL'ed device
(2) Enter guest mode

What is the expected result?
There should be a "This device is no longer supported" notification, just as when logging in as a normal user.

What happens instead?
There is no notification.
