Can you collect logs from the crash?

Or can test team try reproducing this?

these instructions from symantec looks pretty legit: https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.HOWTO81826.html

This looks too complicated for me.
is there any other way?

Assigning to Satya so she can reassign to QA to reproduce.
We will check and update.

I have tried on HTC ONE M8 / MRA58K with: 45.0.2454.95, 59.0.3071.125(Stable) and 60.0.3112.72(Beta). HTC mail: 9.50.677090(I have to uninstall current HTC mail:10.00.814476 to get this one)

I do see this issue with on M59 & M60, but not M45 (System image) on compose/reply/reply all forward etc, but not on launch.

some scenarios:
1. Click on '+' to compose
2. Enter email in 'to' filed and text in 'Subject'
3. As soon you hit enter in the subject- " Mail has stopped unexpectedly" error ( 100% repro: 5/5)

(OR) Some times as soon as we click '+ ' to compose email it crashes.
(OR) Open Email-> click reply/reply all/Forward -> It crashes

However with HTC mail:10.00.814476 (this ver is the current one on phone)- I didn't see any crashes (or) issues with Stable/59.0.3071.125 & Beta/ 60.0.3112.72.

I have checked email compose/reply/reply all/forward/scrolling on email threads/ text selection options/putting the app in the background etc.

but no crashes on using this version Htc Mail: 10.00.814476 with WebView 45.0.2454.95, 59.0.3071.125, 60.0.3112.78 and 61.0.3163.15

It is consistent with the observation that this is Htc Main specific.

From #13 it looks like this is the HTC bug and from #12 it seems they fixed it, closing.
