We currently record tile impressions when we finish fetching the tiles and their icons, but this is independent from when we show them. On small screens, we fetch more tiles than we can show, and we just clip the list.
As a result, we would report showing 8 tiles to UMA even though the layout has space for only 6 and never shows the last 2.
We could let tiles report when they are shown after they are attached to the view for the first time as a fix.
Targeting M-62 as this would be likely fixed as part of the zine-explore refactoring

Not 63 either. I would like to tackle it as part of cleaning up the code, but it's not a request from owners of the metrics, hence the P3. (good enough, yadda, yadda)
