For Washington Post user comments, date field often obscures user name field

Reported by khym.cha...@gmail.com, Jul 13 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/volokh-conspiracy/wp/2017/07/12/can-it-be-a-crime-to-do-opposition-research-by-asking-foreigners-for-information/?utm_term=.0edc94c621c1#comments

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to the given URL.
2. Look at the user name and date fields (to the right of the user avatar) for some of the user comments.

What is the expected behavior?
Both the user name and the date should be clearly visible.

What went wrong?
For many of the comments the date field partially obscures the name field.

Does it occur on multiple sites: No

Is it a problem with a plugin? No

Did this work before? N/A

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 59.0.3071.115 Channel: stable
OS Version: Fedora 25
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0

The same bug persists if the page is viewed with a new user profile, if it's viewed with experiments and extensions turned off, and even if it's viewed using a fresh unstable install (v 61.0.3141.7).

Works fine with Firefox v 54.0

Attached is a screenshot showing two instances of the problem.

Huh, I can't reproduce it anymore. Maybe they changed their CSS?
