Input cursor appears in both textfields of http-auth

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 61.0.3155.0 (Official Build) canary (32-bit)
OS Version: 10.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Navigate to http://httpbin.org/basic-auth/user/passwd and observe

What is the expected result?

Blinking cursor in first textfield.
No cursor in second textfield.

What happens instead of that?

Blinking cursor in first textfield.
Unblinking cursor in second textfield.

using per-revision bisect providing the bisect result,

Good Build: 61.0.3154.0 (Revsion: 484159)
Bad Build: 61.0.3155.0 (Revision: 484424)

You are probably looking for a change made after 484421 (known good), but no later than 484422 (first known bad).

Note: Not able to reproduce the issue on Mac OS X 10.12.4 using Chrome Canary #61.0.3156.0
