chromeos-tpm-recovery should reset FWMP space (0x100a)

Project Member Reported by hungte@chromium.org, Jul 13 2017

Issue description

Per discussion with Randall, FWMP space (0x100a) must be cleared in RMA flow (factory shim) when calling chromeos-tpm-recovery.

Meanwhile, I wonder if Mattias has reviewed FWMP flow, for example if the check of block_devmode via VPD in factoryshim initramfs code (initramfs/factory_shim/bootstrap.sh#check_block_dev).

For devices with FWMP enabled, will they also set VPD?
If not, should we check FWMP values (and how) in factory shim init bootstrap?
