DevTools: Introduce filter to exclude extensions from coverage data

Most users see the core "extensions::lastError", etc files when doing coverage. (see screenshot).

And also chrome-extension:// files are included as well. Rarely do folks want to see those.

Perhaps we should exclude all these by default?
