Issue descriptionTHIS TEMPLATE IS FOR FILING BUGS ON THE ANDROID SYSTEM WEBVIEW. GENERAL WEB BUGS SHOULD BE FILED USING A DIFFERENT TEMPLATE! When you leave the beta, it just means you won't get future beta updates - it doesn't put you back on the stable version, because downgrading the version you have can cause data loss. If you're okay with possibly losing some data in apps that use WebView (it's not usually an issue but we can't make any specific guarantees about how apps use it) then you can uninstall the updated version on your device from the apps list, and then the next time the Play Store updates you, it should update you to the stable version instead. Otherwise, you can just wait until we release the next stable version, and then you won't receive any more betas after that. |
