box-radius:50% + box-shadow rendered incorrectly

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3153.2 Safari/537.36

* Color of the square is always black, regardless of box-shadow color.
* if border-radius is less than 50%, or specified in `px` unit, it is rendered correctly.

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
I was able to reproduce in dev channel, but not in tip of tree.  Looks like this bug already got fixed in the last few days. Problem should go away in the next dev channel update.

If problem persists after the next dev channel update, please let us know and we'll take another look.
