ContentSuggestions shadow on bottom toolbar is not shown during fade-in animation

It should have the correct shadow during the animation.
The collection is not yet created when the shadow is calculated for the first time.
The collection should probably notify the coordinator when the new elements are added to recalculate the shadow (even for the first time).
