This is probably not what we want to fix this but commenting out this line https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/chrome/browser/resources/gaia_auth_host/authenticator.js?type=cs&l=882 does fix the bug. It seems the the omnibox gets focused when using the back button and the content loads and calls focus on the webview. The webview gets activated and shows the carent when it shouldn't since the omnibox is focused.
