The Downloads folder displays the following warning message: "These files are temporary and may be automatically deleted to free up disk space."

First of all, not sure whether this is correct in a consumer scenario (it may be correct for enterprise, possibly only with some configurations, though).

Second, in guest mode it is absolutely certain that the Downloads folder will be deleted after logout and the message should reflect that.
