Issue descriptionApp Version: 61.0.3154.0 canary iOS Version: 10.2.1, 11.0 Device: iPhone and iPad Prerequisite: 1. Bookmark bbc.com webpage (bookmark should be displayed with favicon) 2. The bookmarked webpage should exist in browsing history Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch chrome 2. Tap on tools>>History>>Clear browsing data 3. Check only Browsing history and clear browsing data 4. Open NTP 5. Navigate to bookmarks window 5. Long press the bookmark 6. Tap on delete icon 7. Tap on undo in toast message Observed results: At step 4: The most visited bbc.com favicon is not displayed. At step 7: On undo the favicon of the book mark is not displayed Note: If step 4 & 7 is done without clearing browsing history then, on undo of the delete bookmark the favicon will display. Expected results: On undo of the delete bookmark, the favicon of the bookmark should be displayed. On desktop removing history does *not* remove favicons for bookmarks.

Identified the similar issue in Reading list with below mentioned repro 1. Launch chrome and add few web pages to reading list 2. Tap on tools>>History>>Clear browsing data 3. Check only Browsing history and clear browsing data 4.
