Regression : On media-router page, 'device list' section is seen smaller than it's 'Main container'.

Issue description

Chrome Version : 61.0.3155.0 (Official Build) 981b49ad53b91e640ca9e83751e73f9c60dcf782-refs/heads/master@{#485784} 32/64 bit
OS : Windows(7,8,10), Mac(10.11.6, 10.12.3), Linux(14.04 LTS) 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://media-router page.
2. Observe the size of 'device list' section.

Actual Result : The size of 'device list' section is smaller than it's 'Main container'.

Expected Result : The size of 'device list' section should match with the size of 'Main container'.

This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-61’, below is the Manual Regression range and will soon update other info.

You are probably looking for a change made after 475666 (known good), but no later than 475667 (first known bad).

Note :Able to reproduce the issue in Win 10.0,Ubuntu 14.04 & Mac 10.12.3 and Able to reproduce in latest Canary #61.0.3155.0

In actual usage the page is accessed through a fixed-width Cast dialog, and fixing the width of the element to match that was deliberate. Closing.
