border-radius + will-change: opacity looks bad

Bug also appears on Win and Linux.
Firefox, IE/Edge - all OK.

Removing will-change: opacity; cause bug to disappear.

Sizing of some layers is off, possibly mask layers.

This looks like a mask tiling issue, looking at this.
