Regression: Audit does not get recorded after clicking on 'Run audit' in dev tools.

Chrome Version: 61.0.3155.0 981b49ad53b91e640ca9e83751e73f9c60dcf782-refs/heads/master@{#485784}
OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.11.6,10.12.3)
 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, open dev tools window and navigate to Audit section.
(2) Click on Perform and audit button then click on Run audit, observe.

Actual: Audit does not get recorded after clicking on Run audit.

Expected: Audit should get recorded after clicking on Run audit.

This is a regression issue, broken in 'M-61', will soon update the other info:

Good Build:61.0.3154.4
Bad Build: 61.0.3155.0

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build:61.0.3154.4(Revision:485485).
Bad build:61.0.3155.0(Revision:485784).

You are probably looking for a change made after 485716 (known good), but no later than 485717 (first known bad).

Note :Able to reproduce the issue in Win 10.0,Ubuntu 14.04 & Mac 10.12.3 and Able to reproduce in latest Canary #61.0.3148.0
