Video and ads pause when Chrome browser tab is switched on Android

Issue description

Example URL:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. play video on Android Chrome (above URL or Youtube)
2. while video is playing switch chrome tabs. the video stops/pauses

What is the expected behavior?
video continues to play when tabs switched on Android Chrome, as videos continues to play on IOS Mac OS Chrome  or even Android Firefox

What went wrong?
video pauses when tab is switched in Chrome Android only

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
Yes, this is the expected behaviour. However, unless the websites blocks this, you should be able to resume the video playback from the media notification.
I see, but is this expected behavior for Chrome on Android only? 

Videos (Youtube and others) seem to play in the background when tabs are switched on Mac Chrome.
