Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. update to chrome OS 59 on Acer C810
2. complete system failure, will not start or boot
3. reinstalled chrome from flash drive on other chromebook running OS 58 before updating.

I tried updating several times from 58 to 59 stable and Acer C810 crashes every time, however my other chrombeook (HP) is fine.
